When a booking request is submitted, EasyGigConnect reviews the details to ensure the event information, date, and compensation are clearly defined.

 

Suitable artists are then identified and shared with the event organizer for review. Once an artist is selected, the full event details — excluding direct contact information — are provided to the artist for consideration.

 

Artists always have the choice to accept or decline a booking based on the agreed terms.

If an artist chooses to accept the booking, the artist is responsible for paying a small, one-time connection fee to EasyGigConnect for facilitating the match.

The connection fee must be completed within 48 hours of acceptance to confirm the booking. If the fee is not received within that timeframe, the opportunity may be released to another artist.

 

If the event is canceled by the organizer and the artist does not perform, the connection fee is fully refunded. If the artist needs to cancel, the connection fee is refundable provided the cancellation occurs at least 21 days prior to the event date.

 

Artists and event organizers are responsible for arranging and completing payment for the performance directly.  EasyGigConnect does not collect, hold, or distribute performance fees.
